Shaping a new society with wireless technology - Beginning of 5G -

29-31 May 2019, Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo

Wireless Technology Park (WTP) 2019, an exhibition and seminar event specially focused on wireless communications technology, will be held on 29-31 May 2019 in Tokyo Big Sight under the co-sponsorship of National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), YRP R&D Promotion Committee, and YRP Academia Collaboration Network.

More accessible and satisfactory for foreign visitors
WTP 2019 welcomes visitors and exhibitors from overseas with services to promote new collaborations and global innovation.

Event Report

The 19th APT Training Course in YRP - "Actions for Next and New Generation Mobile Communications Systems"

6-13 March 2019, Tokyo, Kanagawa, YRP

YRP R&D Promotion Committee, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and Yokosuka Telecom Research Park, Inc. co-hosted the 19th APT Training Course on "Actions for Next and New Generation Mobile Communications Systems" from 3 to 13 March 2019, in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and YRP, under the auspices of the Association of Radio Industries and Businesses (ARIB).

This year, we welcomed 13 participants from communication authorities and telecom operators from 11 countries and 1 region: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Hong Kong, Iran, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Samoa, Thailand, and Tuvalu.
