YRP R&D Promotion Committee signed a memorandum of understanding with Oulu Innovation Ltd. on January 28, 2008, for technical cooperation to provide the development environment and testing platform for mobile terminals for global markets. Oulu Innovation is a principal organization who operates Octopus Network, a combination of testbeds across Finland.
