YRP R&D Promotion Committee and Yokosua Telecom Research Park, Inc. signed a memorandum of undestanding for technical cooperation with Hangzhou Information Office,China on April 9, 2004.

YRP Committee and YRP Inc. concluded an memorandum of understanding on April 9, 2004, for scientific and technological cooperation with the Informatization Office of Hangzhou City, China, which has achieved a remarkable growth in Chinese IT industries.

Since then, both parties have deepened their cooperative relationship especially in the fields of regional digitization and ITS. YRP and Hangzhou Informatization Office renewed the MOU on December 4, 2009, aiming to step up their joint efforts.

YRP intends to further strengthen partnership with Hangzhou Municipal Government in cooperation
with the Japan & China Mobile Business Promotion Committee (JCMB).
